Dental Insurance: We currently accept most major dental insurance. We are an In-Network Provider with Paramount Dental (Dental Health Options), Delta Dental, United Concordia, and some Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans. We apologize that at this time, we cannot accept any new patients on Medicaid or the Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP).
