Dr. Phillip W. Kolb

Partner

Dr. Phillip Kolb officially retired in early 2021 after nearly 60 years practicing dentistry. Dr. Phillip is a native of rural Gibson County, Indiana, and is a 1962 graduate of the Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis.  After practicing for two years in northern Indiana, Phil founded the Boonville practice in 1964 in a building just off the square on North Third Street.  The practice moved to its current location in 1974.  The building was expanded and remodeled in 1996.  Phil and his wife Jane (who worked as a chairside assistant alongside her husband for many years) have four grown children, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  He is a member of the First District Dental Society, the Indiana Dental Association and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Jeffrey P. Kolb

Dr. Jeffrey Kolb is a graduate of Boonville High School and a 1987 graduate of the Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis.  After practicing for one year in Milan, Indiana, Jeff joined his father in practice in Boonville in 1988.  Jeff and his wife Lisa have one adult child.  Jeff is a member of the First District Dental Society, the Indiana Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the International Academy of Mini Dental Implants.

Donna R. Seiler, L.D.H.

Dental Hygienist

Donna is a native of Boonville and a 1982 graduate of Indiana State University of Evansville (now USI).  She first began working for Dr. Kolb while in high school and then returned as a Licensed Dental Hygienist in 1984.  She and her husband have two adult children and two grandchildren.
